Anita, mum of a 2.5-year-old
Wake windows: nailed. Bath, massage, milk, bed. Pitch black. White noise on. Down beautifully.
45 minutes later: screaming.
Another 30 minutes to get them back down. Two hours later, awake again.
"I did everything right. Why the freak are they awake again?"
Coffee gets you upright. Then you switch on. Patients, clients, your team, decisions that can't wait. Nobody at work knows you were up five times last night.
You give work everything you've got. By the time you walk in the door, there's nothing left. You snap at your partner. Your child wants one more story and you just don't have it in you.
And the sleep maths never stops. Two 30-minute catnaps and the whole day comes undone. The meeting gets moved. The workout doesn't happen. Bedtime comes forward, and you're already bracing for 5am.
Then, lying in bed, the guilt hits.
"This isn't the mum I want to be."
Earlier bedtime. Capped naps. Instagram tips. The Facebook mums group. ChatGPT. Maybe even another sleep consultant.
Then at 2am: Pat. Rock. Bounce. Feed. "Drowsy but awake." Stuff it, bedshare.
That's sleep-tip roulette. Every wake becomes another experiment, and nobody knows what's coming next. Including your baby.
You don't need another thing to try. You need to know what's actually causing the wakes.
That's what I do. Bad sleep leaves clues. I find your child's Sleep Gap across the 3 Sleep Foundations: The Rhythm, The Skills and The Setup. Then we change the right thing first.
Diagnose (the actual cause). Don't guess.
Sleep through the entire night without ever resorting to cry-it-out methods.
Establish calm, predictable daytime naps and peaceful, drama-free bedtimes.
Follow a gentle, bespoke sleep roadmap that respects your child's emotional security.
Wake up refreshed, sharp, and finally enjoying parenthood with clear energy.
Give your entire household the deep, restful sleep you all deserve.
Your intake form lands in your inbox the moment you book.
My eldest was a tricky sleeper. We did everything we'd been told, and it still didn't work. Hired a generic sleep consultant, went to sleep school. None of it worked.
At 11 months, I finally worked out what he actually needed. Bam. He's slept through the night ever since.
That's when it clicked. Good sleep has nothing to do with luck or a "good baby". Or generic 'tips.' It comes from three foundations working together: The Rhythm, The Skills and The Setup. Get them aligned and sleep becomes easy and predictable.
I've since helped 150+ families get there. Never with cry it out. I wouldn't use it on my boys, and I won't ask you to use it on yours.
Today I run Family Centred Sleep with two boys of my own. I know exactly what sleep maths does to a workday.

in The Sleep Sorted Approach:
You fill in your intake form. I find what's really driving the wakes across The Rhythm, The Skills and The Setup, and write your personalised sleep guide around your work days, daycare and family. Then we walk through it together on your onboarding call.
Small, targeted shifts every few days. Gentle, responsive and aligned with how you parent. No ripping the carpet out from under you or your child.
I review your sleep log every weekday and tweak as your child responds. In as little as 14 days, sleep is easy and predictable. And you finish with your 90-Day Roadmap, so you never go back to guessing.
1. Private onboarding + diagnosis call. We find what's really driving the wakes and decide what changes first. One-on-one with me.
2. Your personalised Sleep Sorted plan. Built around your child, your values and your work week. Never copy and paste.
3. Weekday sleep-log review. I read your log and tell you what to keep, what to change and what to watch. Often before you've thought to ask. Every weekday.
4. Private messaging. Nap fell apart? Bedtime went sideways? Message me instead of Googling at 2am. Same-day replies (AEST), Monday to Friday.
5. Three course-correction calls. End of week one, midway through week two, then a final call to lock it all in. Small tweaks, made fast.
6. Your 90-Day Sleep Roadmap. The next nap transition, routine changes, likely bumps and exactly what to do when sleep shifts. Yours to keep so sleep is always predictable.
14 days of private expert support.
A plan that is tailored to your child, the whole time.
A roadmap for the 90 days after.
Sleep results depend on what happens in your home at 2am. My support depends on me. So that's what I guarantee.
Do your part, and if I miss mine, tell me in writing within 7 days of your final call. You'll get an extra week of full support, free.

Don't change everything.
Change the part that's actually causing the problem.
“She refused to sleep in her own room or settle to sleep unless she was on me… Our baby now self settles in her own room and sleeps through the night.”
Mum of an 11-month-old
“Catnapping and false starts in the evening had become our norm… I know when my baby will sleep, and I know how to proceed if things fall off the rails.”
First-time mum
“We were stuck in a cycle of day contact naps and felt completely tied to the house… Our baby is now sleeping independently during the day, and we’ve got our freedom back.”
Mum of a contact napper
You don't need another thing to try. You need someone to work out why the things you've tried haven't worked for your child.
Nobody has done that yet.
Bithia had already paid another sleep consultant. Still 4am starts, every single day, for months. We stopped guessing and found the cause.
Her baby now sleeps 7pm to 6:45am.
In her words: “Something I genuinely thought would NEVER happen for us.”
The 'tried-everything' families are the ones I work with most. And if we haven't worked together, you haven't tried me yet.
we can talk through your little one’s sleep and how this will work for your family
Everything you need to know about how we work together, protect your bond, and get predictable sleep without tears.
No. Never. Some upset is normal when anything changes, but you will never leave your child alone for extended periods of time emotionally upset. If they need you, you go to them. I teach you to hear the difference between "I need you" and "I'm working it out".
Not unless you want to. My own boys still fed to sleep a few nights a week. We give your child more than one way into sleep, so every wake doesn't depend on you.
Yes. That's who I plan for. Your plan fits your work days, daycare and Grandma's days, so everyone who puts your child down knows exactly what to do.
Only for the first week or so, while we reset the circadian rhythm. Then we loosen the reins. Car naps, pram naps, a late lunch nap with friends. Flexibility comes once the predictability is there. I walk you through this. My boys were amazing car to cot transfer-ers because we were always out and about. Living life is key.
Teething might knock a night or two, not weeks. If your child gets unwell, we pause. Once they're well, we pick up exactly where we left off, so you never lose support days to a virus.
Most families see change within days and reach their goals by day 14. Every child is different, so I won't promise exact numbers on an exact night. What I can promise: you won't be guessing. And my support is guaranteed. If I don't deliver my part, I'll make it right.
Add up what unpredictable sleep is already costing you. The meetings you've moved. The workouts you've skipped. The patience you didn't have at 6pm. The products and programs that didn't work. Rachael was sceptical about paying for help too. Her words after: "I'd pay a million times over."
I personally evaluate every single family's sleep log each weekday morning to guarantee precise adjustments and continuous progress. Because this level of dedicated, hands-on care cannot be automated or delegated, I strictly cap the number of active clients I accept each month to safeguard your family's results.
